With over 40 years of distinguished experience in the banking and financial services sector, Mr. Prince Kayode Williams has developed deep expertise in marketing and administration, financial management, strategic advisory, and complex financial systems. His career is marked by a consistent ability to drive business value, ensure operational integrity, and lead high-impact initiatives at the executive level.

A committed advocate for economic development, Mr. Williams played a pivotal role in formulating the Microfinance Policy for Sierra Leone, organized by MITAF and chaired by Sanusi Deen, Esq. He is a firm believer in empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and fostering entrepreneurship at the grassroots level.

Most recently, Mr. Williams served as General Manager of Sierra Leone Flour Mill Limited (SLFM) from January 2022 to March 2025. A key highlight of his tenure was successfully steering the company through the implementation of a major investment by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to expand SLFM’s new milling facility, balancing strategic growth with sound financial stewardship.
