To open a Sole Proprietorship / Partnership Current Account, applicants must provide:

  • Duly completed account opening form

  • Valid National ID of each partner / sole proprietor

  • Two passport-sized photographs of each signatory

  • Address verification (utility bill not exceeding three months)

  • Two satisfactory current account references

  • Signed right of set-off form

  • Certificate of registration of the partnership / sole proprietorship

  • Application for business registration of the business name (partnership)

  • Partnership agreement (if applicable)

  • Duly signed letter of authority to debit account for business search

  • Duly signed cheque confirmation (signatories)

  • Valid City Council & NRA documents

  • ECOWAS ID or International Passport (for foreign applicants)
