To open a Society / Club & Association Current Account, applicants must provide:

  • Duly completed account opening form

  • Valid means of identification of signatories

  • Society / Club & Association resolution (signed by the chairman in the presence of a bank officer)

  • Two passport-sized photographs of each signatory

  • Two reference forms duly completed by independent referees

  • Address verification (utility bill)

  • Certification of the association, club, or society

  • Signed right of set-off form

  • Application for registration of the relevant organization

  • Certified true copies of rules and regulations / constitution or minutes of the last meeting of the association

  • Authority to debit account for regulatory search fees

  • Duly signed cheque confirmation (by signatories)

  • ECOWAS ID or International Passport (for foreign applicants)
