To open a Current / Corporate Account, the following documents are required:

  • Duly completed account opening form

  • Valid means of identification of signatories

  • National ID of signatories

  • Two passport-sized photographs of signatories

  • Two corporate reference forms in the name of the company

  • Certificate of Incorporation

  • Certificate of Business Registration

  • Address verification (utility bill)

  • Certified true copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association stamped by the Registrar General

  • Certified true copy of Board of Directors’ Resolution to open the account

  • Authority to debit account for legal search fee

  • ECOWAS ID or International Passport (for foreign applicants)
