Mr. Aruna Alhassan Kabia joined the Bank in May 2012. He is an experienced and skilled banker with over 15 years of industry practice. He is the director of operations responsible for re-engineering business processes to improve customer service, cost effectiveness, and controls. He helps to develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders and identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Before joining Commerce & Mortgage Bank, he held similar roles in two other banks in Sierra Leone.

Mr. Kabia holds an M.Sc. in Development Management from the University of Sierra Leone & B.Sc. (Hon) in Environmental Sciences from Njala University
