Abubakarr Lansana Koroma, ACCA, ICA (SL), is the Head of Internal Audit at Commerce and Mortgage Bank (SL) PLC. He is a chartered accountant and a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone (ICASL).

He has extensive experience in banking, internal audit, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. In his role, he provides independent assurance on governance, risk management, and control systems across the bank, supporting operational efficiency, sound corporate governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Commerce and Mortgage Bank (SL) PLC, he held senior audit positions with leading professional services firms and financial institutions, including Moore Sierra Leone, Baker Tilly Sierra Leone, and Zenith Bank (SL) Ltd. His professional experience spans banking, treasury operations, financial reporting, and multi-sector audit engagements.
