ABOUT US

Commerce and Mortgage Bank(SL) PLC is a related entity of the National Social Security and Insurance Trust(NASSIT) in Sierra Leone, and was incorporated as HFC Mortgage and Savings Limited in July 2007 under the Other Financial Services Act 2011(as amended),to provide mortgage financing to qualifying individuals.

On 15 September 2016, the Company obtained a license from the Central Bank to commence banking operations under the Banking Act 2011and in that vein changed its name to Commerce and Mortgage Bank (SL) PLC.
